How we work
A small shop that runs the help desk and builds the robots
Busywork Breaker is a small IT, automation, and software shop, part of Rockstarr LLC. We keep your tech running, automate the busywork, and bring your team along. No call center, no bloated contract: you talk to the people doing the work.

How it works
A clear path, and the audit alone is worth it
It starts free. The Discovery & Process Audit is a real, fixed-fee deliverable: a map of your business and a prioritized automation roadmap with ROI, valuable on its own whether or not you build with us. From there, the automation is where the big returns are.
Fit call
A 20-minute call to see if we're a match. No pitch, no pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
No costDiscovery & Process Audit
We map how your business actually runs: every tool, handoff, and place time leaks out. You walk away with a documented process map and a prioritized automation roadmap with real ROI numbers. It's a deliverable you own, valuable on its own, whether you build with us or not.
Fixed feeBuild & automate
We implement the roadmap: automations, integrations, custom tools, and the IT backbone to support them. Highest-return items first, proven before we go deeper.
Scoped per projectRun & improve
We keep it all running and keep finding the next thing worth automating, so the savings compound instead of fading.

He is a man of faith who does all of his work to honor the Lord Jesus Christ.

Why us
We run the help desk and build the robots.
Most IT shops just keep the lights on. Most automation consultants have never touched a server. Doing both is rare, and it's why the automation we build holds up in the real world instead of falling over the first busy week.
- 01
IT people who actually automate
Most IT shops keep the lights on. Most automation consultants have never run a help desk. We do both, so the automation is grounded in how the work really happens.
- 02
We run our own shop on automation
Our own invoicing, lead follow-up, and weekly reporting run without anyone touching them. You get the setup we rely on ourselves, not a first draft.
- 03
Built on platforms you can trust
We build on Microsoft, Google, and the tools you already use, set up securely, so your automations keep working long after we've handed them off.
- 04
Plain English, fixed scope
You'll always know what you're paying for and why. One scope, one price, and the invoice matches the quote.
- 05
Small by design
You talk to the people doing the work, not a ticket number in a call center. Process and onboarding know-how comes with it.
- 06
ROI-first, always
We start with the highest-return, lowest-risk wins and prove the value before going deeper. The goal is to make you money.
